BATTERY: Used batteries are taken to a full charge and then the laptop is unplugged. After a short period of time, the battery status is checked and the battery status indicator must indicate, good for 1+ hours, while on standby. It could be good for 4hrs but we just look for 1+ hrs. Please note that this is only an indication of battery health and estimated battery life can vary enormously according to workload and overall battery condition. Because battery life is difficult to gauge without exhaustive, time-consuming tests, we do not guarantee used batteries. Used Battery will hold a charge but we do not guarantee for how long.

WARRANTY: Basic 90 Day Warranty is included on all laptops. The warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with, changing or upgrading components. Warranty does not cover any software issues such as malware or viruses, deleted files or changes to the configuration. USB FLASH DRIVE (Recovery/backup): It costs $30 extra to get the USB Flash Drive Recovery System. No one wants to spend the extra $30 (I get that), but compared to the amount of work it can save, it's money well spent. With the USB Flash Drive, you skip the operating system install and updates and proceed to how your laptop was when you first bought it. You can restore your system to its original state, at any time and with very little effort. Simply put the USB Flash Drive in the laptop and do a system restore. Flash Drive is for this system only and will not work on any other laptop.
