Description
These Microsoft Surface RT 1516 tablets look great and work great. Operating systems were factory reset and will need to be updated to get the full experience. Updates were attempted but unsuccessful. This may be due to a user profile not being attached to the unit, but we're not sure. Tablets are not our area of expertise, or else this is something we would typically do.
